Credit Union Art Competition 2026

This year’s theme, “World of Colour,” encourages participants to use art to explore the colours, experiences and perspectives that make our world unique.

Whether inspired by nature, culture or imagination, entrants are encouraged to interpret the theme in their own way. From bright, bold landscapes to subtle moments of everyday beauty, “World of Colour” offers endless opportunities for artists to tell their stories through creativity.

Entry Criteria:

A full set of rules/criteria can be found on back of entry form that is attached:

• All entries must be submitted on either A3 or A2 and Landscape Orientation

• Portrait entries will be disqualified from adjudication.

• Entry forms must be fully completed; any unsigned or incomplete forms may lead to an inadmissible application.

• All forms must be signed by Parent or Guardian - we can no longer accept teacher’s signatures.

• Entry forms must be securely attached to the back of each individual entry art work.

The competition is free to enter. Local winners and runners up will receive their prizes at local level in early 2027. The winners at local level will go on to represent the credit union at regional level and from there, winning artworks will go forward to national level. National winners will be announced at an award ceremony to be held in 2027.

The CLOSING DATE is Tuesday 20th October 2026 all entries should be returned to the Dromara & Drumgooland Credit Union Offices before 1:00pm.
